1. What makes your boxes different from other book boxes?
Our boxes are thoughtfully curated to create a full sensory experience. Each item is chosen to reflect the book’s theme, and many are exclusive to our boxes. We pride ourselves on working with artisan makers and featuring high-quality, custom-designed products.
2. Are your boxes officially affiliated with publishers?
No. Our boxes are independently curated and not officially affiliated with any publisher. While we carefully select and legally source each book, the overall experience is our unique creation, designed to bring your favourite stories to life.
3. Are your author collaboration boxes officially endorsed by the author?
Yes! For our author collaboration boxes, we work directly with the author to curate an exclusive experience inspired by their book. These boxes include unique items chosen with the author’s creative input to enhance your reading journey.
4. How do you source the books for your boxes?
We source all books legally from trusted suppliers, publishers, and distributors. In some cases, we use special editions that are commercially available but carefully selected to match the theme of each box. Our goal is to provide you with a beautifully curated book and a memorable experience.
5. Where do you source the other items in the box?
Our curated items are sourced from a combination of artisan makers, small businesses, and larger manufacturers. We prioritise quality and design to ensure every item fits the theme and enhances the box’s overall experience.
6. Can I buy just the book or one of the items from the box?
Our boxes are designed as complete, immersive experiences, so individual items are generally not available for separate purchase. However, our exclusive candles are available as stand-alone 250ml versions, allowing you to bring a touch of the box experience into your everyday life. Additionally, many of the small businesses we collaborate with sell their products directly, and we encourage you to check them out!
Box Releases and Ordering
7. How often do you release new boxes?
We release new themed boxes from our main collection every six weeks. In between these, we feature Collabs - special edition boxes created in collaboration with authors to offer even more unique experiences. Our Seasonal - boxes designed around a season or theme and Indulge - blind boxes with "me time" in mind - are available all year round. Keep an eye on our social media and website for announcements!
8. Are your boxes part of a subscription service?
All our boxes are one-time purchases. This gives you the freedom to choose which boxes you’d like without a long-term commitment.
9. Do you offer gift cards?
Not at the moment. However, all our boxes are shipped as gifts, with no pricing or receipts in the package, making them perfect for surprising a book lover.
Shipping and Delivery
10. How long will it take to receive my box?
Boxes take around two weeks to collate and ship. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your box is on its way.
If there are any unexpected stock delays, we’ll notify you via email with updates.
11. What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location. Please note that any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
13. Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
Due to the limited-edition nature of our boxes, all sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help!
